Billing questions

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel renewal from account billing. Access continues through the paid billing period.

Do unused minutes roll over?

Monthly minutes reset with each billing cycle. Studio customers can discuss annual capacity planning.

What counts as an upload minute?

The duration of a source file processed by CrimVid. Re-exporting an existing cut does not count as a new upload.

Is there a contract?

Starter and Creator are month-to-month. Studio can be purchased monthly or through an annual agreement.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; scheduled downgrades begin at the next renewal.

Do you offer invoicing?

Annual Studio agreements can support invoicing and team procurement requirements.
