CrimVid is a software product and operating brand of VUDARO, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (Company Number LC014735088). VUDARO, LLC is the data controller or business responsible for personal information processed through CrimVid unless a different role is stated in a written agreement.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details, billing and transaction information, uploaded media, transcripts, editing instructions, generated outputs, support communications, device and browser information, log data, and product usage events.
How we use information
VUDARO, LLC uses information to provide and secure CrimVid, process uploaded content, generate requested edits and outputs, manage accounts and billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve product reliability and performance.
Uploaded content and AI processing
You retain ownership of source material and outputs as described in the Terms of Service. Uploaded video, audio, text, and related instructions are processed to deliver the features you request. We do not sell your uploaded content or personal information. Any use beyond providing or improving the service will be governed by your settings, consent, or a separate written agreement where required.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use vetted providers for hosting, storage, analytics, payments, communications, security, and customer support. They may process information only for contracted services and subject to appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
